Naomi Rowling, a valuable member of our team, has been making celebration cakes for twenty five years and with a BA Hons in Fine Art her wedding cakes
are truly artistic creations.They are made with a personal touch and
designed with your wedding theme and flowers in mind.
An initial consultation is arranged so that every detail for the
final cake makeover is perfect. The end result is a truly
bespoke cake unique to the occasion.
A number of rich fruit cake recipes are available to choose from according to your taste as well as chocolate cake or various flavoured sponges, even carrot cake. You may, of course, select a combination. Also included is a ‘cutting cake’
that is just decorated with marzipan and icing that can be portioned in
advance of the bride and groom cutting the cake. All the ingredients
used are organic where possible and of the highest quality.
The sugar flowers used on the cakes are removed after the event and can be presented in your own display box, so that you may
keep the flowers indefinitely.
As part of the service, the cake will be delivered to the venue of your wedding reception, where its presentation will be personally undertaken,
thus giving one less detail to worry about.
As a guide, prices are from £700 to £1200 depending on the amount of work involved. A deposit of 30% is required and the balance is payable three
weeks before the delivery date. For short notice cakes payment
is required in full when ordering.
